That reminds me, I need clarification on something and you aren't online right now In Red Dwarf what do they call it when they teleport? And they CAN teleport like down to a planet's surface, right? I know they did it from ship to ship, but can they go down to a planet that way? I'm getting myself all confused because they've been in Starbug for the last few seasons I've watched, so I'm forgetting what's on there and what's on the Dwarf.

Yeah I liked the mini series, despite the obviously fake Zaphod head... the Ford they used was PERFECT. (I used to have a major crush on Ford...)

The original mini series was good. But yeah, I sat through the new movie but I didn't really like it. I mean... it was okay for those who had never seen or read the original stuff I guess. I wasn't particularly impressed. Almost none of the original story was there are all.

Hehe yeah it's nothing overt, and it's probably just me. I actually read the series before I was into slash (or before I knew what it was anyway) so if I reread them, I'd probably change my mind XD

I couldn't sit through the movie. I made it through the first 30 minutes and turned it off It was just too different from the previous incarnations.

Oh no! Maybe I shouldn't read the last book then... *looks at her huge HHG book in temptation* I rather like being a Ford/Arthur slasher xD I think the couple is just too cute in some ways.
I suppose I'll end up reading the last book eventually anyhow, it'd be really hard to sway me from my slashy views xD

Hahah yes, I hate that word too XD I don't mind the dirtier ones, but that one's just stupid.

The last Hitchhiker's book is a LOT better than the fourth one. *hated the fourth one* Arthur's daughter Random is in it, and she is AWESOME. The main reason I can't be a Ford/Arthur slasher is that I like Ford/Random MUCH better I can't remember a lot about what made me like them as a pairing though... need to reread it
